Studio Newsletter for week of Dec. 16th

Dear Infinity Students,

This week is Asana with Alanna’s last class until Jan. 10th when her new series starts. Remember if you plan on coming to all 8, register beforehand and get a special price.

Gentle Lunchtime Yoga students, please remember this Tuesday your class is at Bluff Country Co-op. It’s free, but you’ll need to register: 507-452-1815.

Lastly, thank you to everyone who tried to fill out our survey!  For those of you who were able to complete the survey we got your responses and they are very helpful.

Unfortunately even though this survey ran smoothly in our testing, it turned out to be super glitchy for many of you. If you have feedback you weren’t able to give, you can reply to this email or send it to me directly at ellenewman11.@gmail.com. Here are the main things we would like to know:

1. Have you drifted away from Infinity classes? If so, why? Do you plan on returning? Do you need your class to be held at a different time? What other obstacles to attendance are you facing?

2. Do you know if your insurance provides incentives for you to attend classes regularly? Usually this takes the form of a $20 rebate off of a monthly membership (Infinity Monthly Pass) if you attend enough classes. If this was available at Infinity, would you use it? If so please let us know what incentive program you could qualify for and how important it is to you. You can read more about it here. http://www.nihca.org

3. Anything else you’d like us to know, we’re grateful for your feedback!

THANK YOU!

Teacher Feature

The time has come for the featured teacher to be me (Elle Newman), but it takes a tribe to raise a yoga teacher, so I’d like to talk a bit about mine.

I have been lucky enough to have support from my community in every step of my yoga journey. I have had help funding trainings and emotional support when I doubt myself, not to mention dedicated students who show up week after week.

Some of my students have been taking yoga with me from the beginning and have helped shape my teaching with their feedback. Truly, your dedication to your practice inspires me!

You are all a blessing in my life, thank you so much.

If you are interested in watching or sharing a video about the classes I teach at Infinity, you can see it here. If you’re interested in knowing about my career outside of Infinity, please check out my professional website.  While you’re there, enjoy the free meditations.  And if you’re curious about why I wear a mask, here’s some info on Multiple Chemical Sensitivities.

Much Love,

Elle
