Hi Everyone,

When the weather gets cold like this I appreciate the warmth of Infinity Yoga Studio — both the physical warmth provided by our heaters and the emotional warmth emanating from our amazing students and teachers.

Speaking of classes and special events to get your warmth flowing, right now we have two special ongoing series: Erin is teaching Monday nights at 4:30pm for the next 5 weeks, and Eri’s SomaYoga is continuing on Wednesday evenings. And while you’re in the habit of treating yourself to movement and meditation on Wednesday evenings, make sure to register for Mollee’s next Candlelight Yoga event on Feb 6th!

SomaYoga with Eri Fujieda

When: Wednesdays 7-8:15pm Jan 30 and Feb 13, 20, 27

Instructor: Eri Fujieda

SomaYoga: Somatics is a way of re-educating the way our brain senses and moves the muscles. Soma Yoga brings this wisdom into our yoga & meditation practice. Chronic tension patterns change as the body regains its innate ability to self-correct to ease and efficiency. These practices promote agility, equanimity and quiet mind. Suitable to all individuals with various physical abilities and conditions.

Candlelight Yoga

When: Wednesday, Feb. 6th,
7-8:30pm

Cost:  $10 per class or Infinity Card with Registration, $15 at the door

Instructor: Mollee Sheehan

Theme: LOVE + metta meditation

Monthly Candlelight includes a gentle yoga sequence designed to calm the nervous system, heal stress, and shift into a more relaxed state. This 90-minute class includes an additional practice such as meditation, mantra, yoga nidra, energy work or breathing practices.

Lunchtime Gentle Yoga at Bluff Country Co-op

When: Tuesdays 12:05-12:50pm

Cost: Free

Instructor: Mollee Sheehan

Make a lunch date with your yoga mat at the Co-op!

Bluff Country Co-op has partnered with us to offer you a free yoga class in the Co-op’s Community Room on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. De-stress and re-focus while getting your yoga fix during the lunch hour. This all-levels 45-minute yoga sequence will help create balance in the body and mind and, of course, connect with and honor the light within us all.

Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra with April

When: Sunday Feb. 24, 6-7:15pm

Cost: $10 drop-in or Infinity Card Punch

Instructor: April Herndon

Would you like to bring more relaxation to your week and help your body in its natural healing processes? If so, Restorative yoga and Yoga Nidra are great choices for you. After some gentle movements and restorative yoga, we will settle in to a Yoga Nidra practice.
