The love continues this week, and every week here at Infinity!

If you’re looking for a way to show your love and appreciation to our teachers, show up for some very very special series that are coming to a close!

Erin Drummond’s series ends on Feb 25th. Eri’s SomaYoga series ends Feb 27th. The last Candlelight Class is on March 6th, appropriately themed Opening to Change. If you can’t make it but still want to let these teachers know how much you love and appreciate them, I will pass on any messages that come through Infinity.

In the case of the Monday evening class I will resume teaching again this week, and it will be part of the Yoga Journey I’m leading my students through this spring. For those attending regularly, this will culminate in a Forrest Inspired Mini Retreat! I can’t tell you how much I’m looking forward to this!

I also want to call your attention to a free lecture series hosted by Infinity practitioners. The next one is coming up on Thursday Feb 21st: Go with Your Gut by Dr. Kristin Noble.

Make a lunch date with your yoga mat at the Co-op!

Bluff Country Co-op has partnered with us to offer you a free yoga class in the Co-op’s Community Room on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. De-stress and re-focus while getting your yoga fix during the lunch hour. This all-levels 45-minute yoga sequence will help create balance in the body and mind and, of course, connect with and honor the light within us all.

SomaYoga: Somatics is a way of re-educating the way our brain senses and moves the muscles. Soma Yoga brings this wisdom into our yoga & meditation practice. Chronic tension patterns change as the body regains its innate ability to self-correct to ease and efficiency. These practices promote agility, equanimity and quiet mind. Suitable to all individuals with various physical abilities and conditions.

Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra with April

Would you like to bring more relaxation to your week and help your body in its natural healing processes? If so, Restorative yoga and Yoga Nidra are great choices for you. After some gentle movements and restorative yoga, we will settle in to a Yoga Nidra practice.

When: Wednesday, March 6th

Cost:  $10 per class or Infinity Card with Registration, $15 at the door

Theme: Opening to Change

Monthly Candlelight includes a gentle yoga sequence designed to calm the nervous system, heal stress, and shift into a more relaxed state. This 90-minute class includes an additional practice such as meditation, mantra, yoga nidra, energy work or breathing practices.
