Erin Drummond’s series ends tomorrow on Feb 25th and Mollee’s last Candlelight Class is on March 6th.
Eri’s SomaYoga series ends on March 13th, expect some special classes from her in the near future. If you are interested in taking SomaYoga on an ongoing basis please reach out to us. We are trying to find the right time for this very special offering.
I will begin teaching Monday 4:30pm classes in March as the Yoga Journey begins, culminating in a mini-retreat in May. More information coming soon! .

SomaYoga: Somatics is a way of re-educating the way our brain senses and moves the muscles. Soma Yoga brings this wisdom into our yoga & meditation practice. Chronic tension patterns change as the body regains its innate ability to self-correct to ease and efficiency. These practices promote agility, equanimity and quiet mind. Suitable to all individuals with various physical abilities and conditions.

Would you like to bring more relaxation to your week and help your body in its natural healing processes? If so, Restorative yoga and Yoga Nidra are great choices for you. After some gentle movements and restorative yoga, we will settle in to a Yoga Nidra practice.

Monthly Candlelight includes a gentle yoga sequence designed to calm the nervous system, heal stress, and shift into a more relaxed state. This 90-minute class includes an additional practice such as meditation, mantra, yoga nidra, energy work or breathing practices.

Make a lunch date with your yoga mat at the Co-op!
Bluff Country Co-op has partnered with us to offer you a free yoga class in the Co-op’s Community Room on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. De-stress and re-focus while getting your yoga fix during the lunch hour. This all-levels 45-minute yoga sequence will help create balance in the body and mind and, of course, connect with and honor the light within us all.
