The days are getting a bit longer and brighter and many of us are looking forward to spring. I’ve noticed a slew of posts lately about spring cleaning and beginning again, clearing out clutter. While at the same time the snow still covers us, and many of feel like we’re not quite ready to be done hibernating.
At infinity things are beginning to shift. We have some series coming to an end and some new ones starting. Mollee’s last Candlelight Class is this Wednesday. I hope lots of you will show up.
Eri is extending her Wednesday SomaYoga class a week and will now end on March 20th. She’ll be offering a free morning class on Tuesday April 2nd so make sure you put it on your calendar.
Alanna’s next series starts on March 21st at 5:50pm with a free class. I am beginning our Journey Into Spring series on March 11th with a free community appreciation class on Monday March 11th at 4:30pm.

Theme: Opening to Change
Monthly Candlelight includes a gentle yoga sequence designed to calm the nervous system, heal stress, and shift into a more relaxed state. This 90-minute class includes an additional practice such as meditation, mantra, yoga nidra, energy work or breathing practices.
Journey into Spring with Elle
When: Elle’s regularly scheduled classes, beginning with a free class on Monday, March 11th at 4:30pm

Each week’s themes will be centered around different healing practices. You don’t have to do anything special, just continue to attend classes regularly.

SomaYoga: Somatics is a way of re-educating the way our brain senses and moves the muscles. Soma Yoga brings this wisdom into our yoga & meditation practice. Chronic tension patterns change as the body regains its innate ability to self-correct to ease and efficiency. These practices promote agility, equanimity and quiet mind. Suitable to all individuals with various physical abilities and conditions.

Make a lunch date with your yoga mat at the Co-op!
Bluff Country Co-op has partnered with us to offer you a free yoga class in the Co-op’s Community Room on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. De-stress and re-focus while getting your yoga fix during the lunch hour. This all-levels 45-minute yoga sequence will help create balance in the body and mind and, of course, connect with and honor the light within us all.
