It might not be spring yet outside, but at Infinity Studio we’re already beginning to celebrate with a number of free offerings. Not only are we hoping to lure some hibernating yogis out of their cozy caves but we want those of  you who show up for class every week — sometimes several times a week — to know much we appreciate practicing with you. So these classes are on us. We love you!

You’ll also want to consult the schedule for a few changes this week. Lynn is traveling and won’t lead her Wednesday and Friday classes. Alanna is also taking the week off, her next session starts March 21st.

When: Elle’s regularly scheduled classes, beginning with a free class on Monday, March 11th at 4:30pm

Mini-Retreat Date: Sunday May 19th 1-3:30pm. Cost $35

Each week’s theme will be centered around  different healing practices. You don’t have to do anything special, just continue to attend classes regularly.

SomaYoga: Somatics is a way of re-educating the way our brain senses and moves the muscles. Soma Yoga brings this wisdom into our yoga & meditation practice. Suitable to all individuals with various physical abilities and conditions.

Make a lunch date with your yoga mat at the Co-op!

Bluff Country Co-op has partnered with us to offer you a free yoga class in the Co-op’s Community Room on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. De-stress and re-focus while getting your yoga fix during the lunch hour. This all-levels 45-minute yoga sequence will help create balance in the body and mind and, of course, connect with and honor the light within us all.

Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra with April

Would you like to bring more relaxation to your week and help your body in its natural healing processes? If so, Restorative yoga and Yoga Nidra are great choices for you. After some gentle movements and restorative yoga, we will settle in to a Yoga Nidra practice.
