Thank you to everyone who attended last Monday’s Community Yoga class, it was so fun to greet new people and get to practice again with those of you I haven’t seen in a while!

This week, we have some more free events for you, beginning with Mollee’s Gentle Yoga class at the Co-op. Then Celebrate the Vernal Equinox with Eri on Wednesday at 7am, and begin Alanna’s new series on Thursday at 5:50pm.  There’s more information below.

Make a lunch date with your yoga mat at the Co-op!

Bluff Country Co-op has partnered with us to offer you a free yoga class in the Co-op’s Community Room on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. De-stress and re-focus while getting your yoga fix during the lunch hour. This all-levels 45-minute yoga sequence will help create balance in the body and mind and, of course, connect with and honor the light within us all.

Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra with April

Would you like to bring more relaxation to your week and help your body in its natural healing processes? If so, Restorative yoga and Yoga Nidra are great choices for you. After some gentle movements and restorative yoga, we will settle in to a Yoga Nidra practice.

SomaYoga: Somatics is a way of re-educating the way our brain senses and moves the muscles. Soma Yoga brings this wisdom into our yoga & meditation practice. Chronic tension patterns change as the body regains its innate ability to self-correct to ease and efficiency. These practices promote agility, equanimity and quiet mind. Suitable to all individuals with various physical abilities and conditions.

Journey into Spring Mini-Retreat

When: Sunday May 19th 1-3:30pm.

Cost $35

The next 9 weeks will culminate in a mini-retreat giving us time to explore our practice a little deeper.

If you are interested in the retreat make sure to attend class regularly and register to let Elle know you’re coming.
