Whenever I think of April Fools day I always think of the first card in a Tarot Deck, The Fool. And as so much of spring around us, it too speaks of change. New beginnings and also endings
We too have some change in our upcoming schedule. Hailey is heading to graduate school at Midwestern University in Downers Grove, IL. April 30th is her last class at Infinity. Thank you so much Hailey for bringing Interval Flow to Infinity!

SomaYoga: Somatics is a way of re-educating the way our brain senses and moves the muscles. Soma Yoga brings this wisdom into our yoga & meditation practice. Chronic tension patterns change as the body regains its innate ability to self-correct to ease and efficiency. These practices promote agility, equanimity and quiet mind. Suitable to all individuals with various physical abilities and conditions.

Make a lunch date with your yoga mat at the Co-op!
Bluff Country Co-op has partnered with us to offer you a free yoga class in the Co-op’s Community Room on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. De-stress and re-focus while getting your yoga fix during the lunch hour. This all-levels 45-minute yoga sequence will help create balance in the body and mind and, of course, connect with and honor the light within us all.

Would you like to bring more relaxation to your week and help your body in its natural healing processes? If so, Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra are great choices for you. After some gentle movements and restorative yoga, we will settle in to a Yoga Nidra practice.
