Happy Memorial Weekend!

As you might have heard, the clinic is closed tomorrow, but I am still teaching the 8:15am class. 4:30pm class is canceled.

I want to draw your attention to a few upcoming events hosted by Infinity Clinic. There’s a Green Cleaning Class on Wednesday, May 29th, an informational session on Dry Needling on Thursday, May 30th, and a Mental Fitness talk on Thursday, June 20th.

Don’t forget that Sarah Maxey’s class begins Tuesday June 4th, 5:30-6:30pm. You’ll also want to save the date of Sharon Mansur’s next SHIFT~ which is Saturday June 22nd.

This coming Sunday, June 2nd, there will be no Restorative and Yin Yoga, April will be back on June 9th. For those of you looking to “relax and restore” before then, you are in luck because that is Alanna’s theme this week!

See you on the mat!

Laboratory is a movement-based experience with elements of modern dance and contact improv. It is a safe space to inhabit your body more fully while we do movement research. It is a space to make connections through movement that translate to our lives and the world. Each time will be different, depending on who is there and what themes we are exploring. It is a space to play and heal and connect.  Feel free to bring a journal. Questions? contact
