We are excited to welcome Sarah Maxey who begins teaching weekly classes Tuesday, June 4th at 5:30pm. She’s a familiar face around Infinity Yoga Studio, as she’s been a dedicated student since we opened our doors 5 years ago. I had the pleasure of taking a class from her a few weeks ago and definitely left with that lovely Vinyasa buzz. I highly recommend you add this class to your schedule and experience it for yourself.

We are back to our regular schedule this week, with the one exception that Alanna is subbing for Mollee’s Tuesday noon class.

New Class with Sarah Maxey Starting June 4th!

Summer Flow: celebrating sun and self-care!

Vinyasa style, linking breath to movement in a flowing sequence. This 1-hour class will build heat and strength while promoting flexibility and balance. Calming poses that ensure grounding and stress-relief will be included, with guided sequencing and verbal cues. This class is best for practitioners with some yoga experience and knowledge.

Laboratory is a movement-based experience with elements of modern dance and contact improv. It is a safe space to inhabit your body more fully while we do movement research. It is a space to make connections through movement that translate to our lives and the world. Each time will be different, depending on who is there and what themes we are exploring. Lunchtime Gentle Yoga at Bluff Country Co-op

Make a lunch date with your yoga mat at the Co-op!

Bluff Country Co-op has partnered with us to offer you a free yoga class in the Co-op’s Community Room on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. De-stress and re-focus while getting your yoga fix during the lunch hour. This all-levels 45-minute yoga sequence will help create balance in the body and mind and, of course, connect with and honor the light within us all.

Would you like to bring more relaxation to your week and help your body in its natural healing processes? If so, Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra are great choices for you. After some gentle movements and restorative yoga, we will settle in to a Yoga Nidra practice.
