“When you shift your perception of life from victim mode—everything bad happens to me—or judging mode—this is great, this sucks—and shift to a curiosity and a desire to more fully discern the truth, then you are walking with Beauty”
―Ana T. Forrest, Fierce Medicine: Breakthrough Practices to Heal the Body and Ignite the Spirit
Dear Infinity Students,
Today as I write I’m reveling in the joy of practicing with some of you all week, enjoying the salutations at The Longest Day, and experiencing SHIFT~ last night. The word community is echoing through my mind and I am truly appreciating all of you.
I know some of you are super busy this time of year and perhaps haven’t checked in with your Infinity community in awhile. We are here for you when you return. There’s a mat or a place in a Qi Gong class waiting for you.
Speaking of Qi Gong classes, please make sure you check the weekly schedule; Lynn has been traveling and attending to family so the schedule is shifting a bit from week to week.

It is a space to play and heal and connect. Feel free to bring a journal. Questions? contact email@example.com

Make a lunch date with your yoga mat at the Co-op!
Bluff Country Co-op has partnered with us to offer you a free yoga class in the Co-op’s Community Room on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. De-stress and re-focus while getting your yoga fix during the lunch hour. This all-levels 45-minute yoga sequence will help create balance in the body and mind and, of course, connect with and honor the light within us all.
