Hi Everyone!

Just a reminder that Jacque’s Nia classes have returned. My 10:45am Saturday Gentle Yoga classes are returning this week as well.

You’ll see all of this and more in our schedule below. Lynn will only be here on Wednesday this week, but you can still join her other students who will continue to practice on Friday at 9:30am.

Make sure you save the date for Rahbi Crawford’s Feminine Empowerment Concert on Oct. 27th. More information on that below.

Make a lunch date with your yoga mat at the Co-op!

Bluff Country Co-op has partnered with us to offer you a free yoga class in the Co-op’s Community Room on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. De-stress and re-focus while getting your yoga fix during the lunch hour. This all-levels 45-minute yoga sequence will help create balance in the body and mind and, of course, connect with and honor the light within us all.

Would you like to bring more relaxation to your week and help your body in its natural healing processes? If so, Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra are great choices for you. After some gentle movements and restorative yoga, we will settle in to a Yoga Nidra practice.


Feminine Empowerment Concert with Rahbi Crawford

Inviting all women to a special evening designed to free your feminine spirit! Rahbi uses crystal bowls and guided meditation to help you release blockages stored in your physical, mental, and emotional bodies, allowing you to experience a greater sense of peace, balance and empowerment.

Rahbi Crawford is a classically trained musician and conductor and holds two masters degrees in Music Education and Choral Conducting. She has lectured several times at Mayo Clinic on sound therapy, and has training with Fabien Maman and the Academy of Sound, Color and Movement.
