Aunt Frances: …when are you going to realize that being normal is not necessarily a virtue? It rather denotes a lack of courage!
― Practical Magic
It’s a great time of year for rewatching or rereading favorite Halloween tales. As a rule I love stories about good witches. But to be fair, I love any story about people learning to accept themselves. When we learn to face our perceived flaws and to love ourselves – not in spite of those flaws, but because of them – it’s downright magical!
Speaking of the healing magic of going within, next weekend is Rahbi Crawford’s Crystal Bowl Concert, and April is leading Yoga Nidra. Make sure you check out the information about both of these events below!

This all-levels 45-minute yoga sequence will help create balance in the body and mind and, of course, connect with and honor the light within us all.
