Hi Everyone!

Can you believe November is almost here? That means Yoga and Acupuncture is coming right up. Make sure you register soon and let us know you’re going to be there.

You may notice we’ve strategically place the Yoga and Acupuncture offering before the Holiday schedule arrives so you’ll have time to take care of yourself first. But don’t forget about us once you get busy. When life is most distracting that’s when we need self care the most.

Dr. Kristin Noble and Elle Newman are teaming up to bring you an evening of gentle yoga and acupuncture designed to balance your body, mind, and spirit.

This is the perfect way to prepare yourself for the busyness of the Holidays.

Make a lunch date with your yoga mat at the Co-op!

Bluff Country Co-op has partnered with us to offer you a free yoga class in the Co-op’s Community Room on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. De-stress and re-focus while getting your yoga fix during the lunch hour. This all-levels 45-minute yoga sequence will help create balance in the body and mind and, of course, connect with and honor the light within us all.

Would you like to bring more relaxation to your week and help your body in its natural healing processes? If so, Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra are great choices for you. After some gentle movements and restorative yoga, we will settle in to a Yoga Nidra practice.
