Outside fat snow flakes are falling onto a carpet of leaves. These particular flakes won’t stay on the ground, but still, the winter we’ve been waiting for is here.
Perhaps you’re already prepared for the change of season, or perhaps this mellow snow is a not so gentle reminder of your to-do list. Either way (but especially if the latter is the case), make sure to put your self care—including your practice—on that list. And while you’re at it, register for our Yoga and Acupuncture event on November 18th!

Bluff Country Co-op has partnered with us to offer you a free yoga class in the Co-op’s Community Room on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. De-stress and re-focus while getting your yoga fix during the lunch hour. This all-levels 45-minute yoga sequence will help create balance in the body and mind and, of course, connect with and honor the light within us all.
