I’ve been enjoying our yoga practices this week. The studio feels so cozy when it’s chilly outside and I have been especially appreciative of the warm community feel you all have been bringing to classes.
For those of you wondering about our upcoming holiday week, classes will run as usual with the exception of no Nia on Thanksgiving.
This week remember that Mollee’s Tuesday class is held in the Bluff Country Co-op community room.
There is still space in tomorrow’s Yoga and Acupuncture class. Give us a call and let us know if you’re coming. 507-453-7941.
There are no changes in our schedule this week, so all your favorite classes and teachers will be welcoming you to your practice.

Bluff Country Co-op has partnered with us to offer you a free yoga class in the Co-op’s Community Room on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. De-stress and re-focus while getting your yoga fix during the lunch hour. This all-levels 45-minute yoga sequence will help create balance in the body and mind and, of course, connect with and honor the light within us all.
Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra with April

Would you like to bring more relaxation to your week and help your body in its natural healing processes? If so, Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra are great choices for you. After some gentle movements and restorative yoga, we will settle in to a Yoga Nidra practice.
