Hello Infinity Community,
2020 continues to bring lots of twists and turns to our beautiful world. With so much going on around us and impacting our everyday lives, how can we still remain grounded and connected? Now more than ever, it seems we are all searching for stillness, love, connection, and understanding.
Our nation, our world is grieving. Hearts and communities are hurt, broken, and devastated. Infinity Yoga Studio is standing in solidarity with George Floyd’s family and community. Infinity Yoga Studio stands in solidarity with black communities nationwide who continue to fight against systemic racism and the threat of COVID-19. We see you, we hear you, we stand with you in working towards a healthy, equitable, and just future for all!
Our studio social media posts have concentrated on some of the little things that we can do every day to stay grounded, be still, and find calm within. Please consider following our Infinity Yoga Studio Facebook page, please do so today @infinityyogaandbeyond. We have shared posts regarding all 8 limbs of yoga, hand mudras, celebrated holidays, discussed the importance of water and rest.
Remaining present, be in the here and now, is a great way to find exactly what you may be searching for. Center yourself, breathe deeply, breathe clearly, breathe gently. Feed your heart.
No matter how dark,
the hand always knows
the way to the mouth.
