Forrest Yoga (FY) is a style of yoga created by Ana Forrest to address modern physical ailments, such as tight shoulders and necks. Every class is unique and contains a mix of breath work, abdominal exercises, and held or flowing standing poses. It is a physically challenging and internally-focused style.
