HIIT is a workout technique in which you perform intense bursts of exercise followed by a recovery period, proven to increase cardiovascular stamina quicker than cardio alone.
Vinyasa style yoga increases flexibility and strength while bringing about feelings of peace and well-being by linking breath with movement.
Hailey Richter developed Interval Flow at the request of Dr. Kristin Noble, combining her knowledge of cardiovascular training with her love of Vinyasa Flow. Hailey also instructs at WSU Integrated Wellness Center.
