Monthly Candlelight includes a gentle yoga sequence designed to calm the nervous system, heal stress, and shift into a more relaxed state. This 90-minute class includes an additional practice such as meditation, mantra, yoga nidra, energy work or breathing practices.

Mollee Sheehan is a certified 200-hour yoga instructor and longtime practitioner with advanced certification in Trauma-Informed Yoga.
