Mollee is a certified 200-hour yoga instructor and longtime practitioner with advanced certification in Trauma-Informed Yoga.
Over the past two decades, Mollee’s yoga practice and teaching has evolved into a therapeutic style that utilizes the tools of yoga to heal body and mind, and support wellbeing and aliveness. She has experienced how yoga can help us live more empowered, connected and resilient lives and become more present in the way we show up for ourselves and for one another.
She enjoys creating workshops, series, and one-on-one private sessions that allow participants to explore, heal and grow.
Mollee also teaches future yoga teachers in regional 200-hour training programs. Ever the student, she is currently taking advanced in trainings in Yoga Therapy, Ayurveda, and Wellness Counseling through Yoga North and the Himalayan Institute.
