Class Descriptions

Infinity Yoga classes are held in the studio next door to the clinic. With hardwood floors, a quiet atmosphere, and a full set of equipment for yogis of all levels, it’s a perfect environment for getting the most out of your practice.


Mondays and Thursdays, 5:00pm

This dynamic practice will have you feeling all sorts of happy after your work day! Tuesdays, 5:45-6:45pm

Vinyasa style, linking breath to movement in a flowing sequence. This 1-hour class will build heat and strength, while promoting flexibility and balance. Calming poses to ensure grounding and stress-relief to be included. Guided sequencing and verbal cues provided. This class is best for practitioners with some yoga experience and knowledge. Sunday 6-7:15pm

Restorative and Yin Yoga are the perfect blend to set the tone for your week. This quiet meditative class will leave you feeling mentally clear and emotionally relaxed. Restorative yoga focuses on restoring our bodies bodies while Yin yoga works deep into the connective tissues to activate change at that deepest level. Learn more→
