Infinity Yoga classes are held in the studio next door to the clinic. With hardwood floors, a quiet atmosphere, and a full set of equipment for yogis of all levels, it’s a perfect environment for getting the most out of your practice.

Elle combines her Vinyasa and Forrest Yoga trainings to bring you a unique class filled with an emphasis on support, core development, and breath. Forrest Yoga (FY) is a style of yoga created by Ana Forrest to address modern physical ailments, such as tight shoulders and necks. Every class is unique and contains a mix

Vinyasa style, linking breath to movement in a flowing sequence. This 1-hour class will build heat and strength, while promoting flexibility and balance. Calming poses to ensure grounding and stress-relief to be included. Guided sequencing and verbal cues provided. This class is best for practitioners with some yoga experience and knowledge.
