Infinity Yoga classes are held in the studio next door to the clinic. With hardwood floors, a quiet atmosphere, and a full set of equipment for yogis of all levels, it’s a perfect environment for getting the most out of your practice.
The class will begin with a pranayama (breathwork) practice to help decompress from your day. Next, a gentle vinyasa practice to prepare for meditation.
